Positive: The location was very scenic and convenient to everything we wanted.
Negative: The unit needs some upgrades on furniture, TV, and the patio screen door fails to lock. The unit also needs to update washer and dryer. The washer functioned properly, however the dryer appears to be very dated and fails to shut off when opening the door. Newer units will also be more efficient and take less space. The failure of the patio door locking is a big security concern.
Summary: Overall, our stay was quite pleasant & do like the area of this facility.
